Nissan Appoints New Head of U.S. Product Communications

Nissan has promoted Dominic Vizor to the position of director, Nissan U.S. Product Communications. In his new role, Vizor will be responsible for communications around Nissan’s new vehicle launches, product lifecycle, safety and technology, storytelling, retailers, and regional operations, as well as oversight of Nissan’s activations at U.S. auto shows.

Vizor reports to Brian Brockman, vice president, Nissan and INFINITI communications, U.S. and Canada.

Vizor joined Nissan in its European region in 2015, overseeing product and internal communications for the company’s Nissan Motor GB Ltd. operations in the United Kingdom (UK).

Since March 2021, he has been senior manager, internal communications for Nissan U.S., supporting communications to Nissan’s employee population.

Prior to his time at Nissan, Vizor worked for seven years in agency public relations, managing accounts for numerous clients in the automotive industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English Studies from Nottingham University in the UK.

Vizor is based at the Nissan Americas regional headquarters in Franklin.
